2024ICM美赛的结果出来了，最终拿了H奖，没能拿到M奖虽然有点可惜，但是也还在接受范围之内吧。当时写的还不是很完美，好多可以细化的地方来不及细化了，但是经过不断地修修补补后，也算是在提交日期截止前成功的将一篇能看得过去的论文作品提交了上去，还成功挤进了了前30%。真的很感谢那段时间队友们和自己的辛勤付出，比赛那段时间真的是连着一周都没能睡好觉🥹一大早起床和队友连麦讨论题目思路，晚上又在各大数据库网站之间来回奔波，时间非常紧迫。这段比赛的经历也是让我受益匪浅，除了结识两个分别来自数学系和计算机系的天赋异禀的队友之外，我还学了很多查找数据的技巧。如果后面有空的话，我也许会写一篇参赛的心得和技巧总结？（被鸽预定）

The results of ICM 2024 came out, and we won the Honorable Mention award. It’s a pity that we didn’t get the M award, but it’s still within the acceptable range.

At that time, the writing was not perfect, and there were a lot of places that could be refined too late, but after constant tinkering, we managed to submit a decent paper before the submission deadline, and we even managed to make it into the top 30%.

I’m really thankful to my teammates and myself for the hard work during that time. I couldn’t sleep well for a week during the competition 🥹 I woke up early in the morning to discuss the topic with my teammates, and then went back and forth between the major database websites at night, which made the time very tight.

I also benefited a lot from the competition experience. Besides meeting two talented teammates from the math and computer science departments, I also learned a lot of techniques to find data. If I have time later, I might write a summary of my tips and tricks for the race? (But I’m too lazy to do it)
